Customer service nonexistent. I’ve sent 5 emails asking for returns address something so simple but yet to get a response. I can’t find phone number on the website. I would of left 5 star review if it wasn’t for this case as everything else was all good.

Can't see how they could have done it any better
They cancelled my order when I realised I placed a wrong one, and they returned the money immediately.
The corect order was also delivered almost overnight. I will order from them again with joy, and confidence.

Item arrived damaged couldn't be used . Behind with delivery date aswell and poor customer service had taken photos if the item damaged with the box it came in and your receipt for proof the item was from you. and proof the item was damaged . If you want better customer service shop else where

Pathetic company am in hospital and still they don't care or want to help you when your very poorly take ya money then sod off to all you out there Do not trust this company keep your money they are disgraceful am very disappointed that you have no understanding caring to your customers especially when they are in hospital
